Unclevanja’s song of the day is Animal Magic by Adrian Sherwood.

Producer Adrian Sherwood is a major influencer on modern pop music since the 1980s throughout 1990s and 2000s. With his On-U Sound Records he’s been the leader of the avant-garde reggae beat, contributing to build up the pop music of the future.

He worked together with several artists as different as Einstürzende Neubauten, Depeche Mode, Ministry, Nine Inch Nails.

Unclevanja’s song of the day Animal Magic comes out of his second solo album, Becoming A Cliché, 2006. A  collective work alongside more widely famed artists, the album begins with this collaboration with the legendary Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry. Still deeply rooted in reggae-funk, mariachi horns are giving the pinch of exotic salt to the recipe, a gorgeous song.
